Ciao Lovers,
The season has ended, and there's no time to lose. I'm already getting ready for the next one :)
I'm typing this words on my laptop at night (spending the day with my family), cause I want to share the highlights and the background of our place. It's a recap of the 2024 season, which I'm excited to reveal to everyone :) Let's Go!

January/February/March: this is the moment we work really hard to finalize the re-opening.
Gidey (one on my fav member) helps me to fix the cover of the open bar.
Our new “creation” was the place to store aprons, gadgets, wine, and more…
Well I love this moment, I have one rule : before buy new wood try to use the one you have already (as you see inside the cabinet we used part of the old table :)
Few days later…10th March 2024
Weeks of work vanished in minutes :( It was Sunday (all shops closed), and the reopening was set for Wednesday the 13th. We had to act fast! A few hours later, my nephew Maik and I were at the only open shop in La Spezia, urgently searching for a solution. Time was running out, and the pressure was high, but we were determined to fix the situation.

13th of March - First day of the season 2024
As you see we have to pass lots of steps before the season can start again and I can take a simple pic of one Bruschetta with this view. Our place, faced in front of the sea, need lots of maintenance. I use this moments to practice mindfulness exercise..It’s me, my place, the sea and the new season in front.
How it's started in 2014. 10 years later
I have many upcoming projects for the future and I can’t wait to write more… However, I need to know if you enjoy this type of newsletter.
I’m considering to create a broadcast channel (don’t know how it work) on our IG to show something, Your feedback would be greatly appreciated! This season, I met some people who offered to film me for a YouTube project (I can’t find the email now :(
So please share your suggestions, even if they are critical
I love the idea of connecting with all of you. How can I make this happen? I want to keep the vibe On and show more of the Nessun Dorma’s future.
Your input is essential to make these idea a reality. Until this time I hope to wake up every day with this view and share my treasure with everyone
Grazie
Simone
