This place was empty for a long time. Just one chair and a table close to the gate to help everyone find their inspiration.
The Nessun Dorma song from Puccini's Turandot resounded in the hears, sung by Pavarotti, the greatest Italian tenor.

From the first day we have been proud to prepare food for all the world. Guests from America, Australia, China and New Zealand come in our place just to eat a simple bruschetta with pomodoro or to drink a glass of a local wine.

Honestly all type of works are stressful and hard, even if you have the best sea-view of the world.

HOW IT WORKS THE NESSUN DORMA THIS YEAR
(FROM 01/05 TO 31/10)
LUNCH: we have decided to focus on what we do better: the pesto experience! We prepare fresh pesto every day since 2014 teaching you all the secrets to make it in the perfect way and also to replicate the recipe at home.
Last summer we received so many requested that it was difficult to satisfy everyone...so this year we decided to offer two pesto classes per day!
Two starting times: - 10:30am and - 1:30pm both with a rich lunch included (burrata, parma ham, melon, our bruschetta, foacaccia, wine and water). It's great isn't? Ready to have fun with you!

APERITIVO: it remains the same. From 4.30pm until closing the time, entry with the ticket on the Nessun dorma app, our new menu is available there. If you like to avoid the waiting time for a table we also do a take away servic

Walk down to the Nessun Dorma Bar and order yourself cocktail, sit back and relax! The food is simple but it’s full of fresh, flavoursome ingredients. We had a huge cheese and meat platter to share but there are bruschetta and salads available too!

Nessun Dorma Cantina - the best place to learn&drink about wine.
The best place in Manarola for learning about (and more importantly tasting!) the wines of Cinque Terre occupies a stone-walled 16th-century building near the town church. The tiny shop sells bottles and wines by the glass, and also offers wine tastings. Extremely knowledgeable staff can happily share insight into different varietals, growing methods and the unique features of wines from the Italian Riviera and beyond.
